Careers Education, Information and guidance at Pilgrim Pathways

Our Vision

Holding the Hope for children and young people (CYP) with complex physical and mental health needs.

Our Mission

To enable CYP with complex physical or mental health needs to access purposeful and ambitious education or training while undergoing treatment in hospital, other medical facilities, or at home.

Our Goal

For every CYP leaving our school to be able to function as normally as possible in full-time mainstream education, training or employment.

Aims of our CEIAG programme:

- Introduce students to a variety of careers.

- Inspire students with information on different careers and roles available.

- Enable students to investigate their skills, passions and interests and how these link to future options.

- Support students to explore their future options and different pathways available to them.

- Broaden CYP horizons at all key stages and to create a career offer which all students can access.
